Highly prolific Union Sports Club of DSM which broke all the records of Cricket Championship in the history of Tanzania. The club won 18yrs. championship in between 1973 to 1992 in domestic cricket also considered one of the impressive club in its cricketing standard within East and Central Africa.
The club won twice championship of Supreme Council Tournament and twice were runners up in the TAGT Tournament which involved top clubs in East and Central Africa. At one time the Tanzania National Team comprised 6 to 7 players from Union Sports Club.

Union The Veteran Double Wicket Competition organized by Union Sports Club in 1979. The Finalist were : Akber Jaffer/ Mohamedali Chagani V/S Anwer Hasham/Yusuf Ali Nathoo. The game was won by Akber./Mohamedali. The toss of coin is taking place to decide who bats first. In 1979 Union Sports Club clinched all the trophies of the tournaments organized by Dar-Es-Salaam Cricket Association, i.e. Saturday League, Saturday KnockOut, Sunday League and Sunday KnockOut white washing the opponents.
